Seems like every time I sit down to write lately, nothing comes out, and the only stuff that bubbles up in my head is bad, very bad. Work is a nightmare lately. Fun fact: Midtown Memphis is the only area in West Tennessee in which you cannot pull housing comps based on Zip code alone.
