Day 96/365: Yum
I haven’t historically liked beans or tomatoes, and yet this was delicious. Thanks, AY-D! [Project 365]

Lilly can see through stone. [Project 365]
My friend Ed was kind enough to ask me to blather on and on into a microphone about The Internet the other day. Details on that to come a little later. Our server at Republic Coffee saw us hooked up to lapel mics and wanted to know what we were doing, exactly. “This is how we give blood,” Ed quipped. Good show. [Project 365]
Amanda made this stuff and I’m sad I didn’t get to try any. Project 365]
As are we all. In the good way, of course. Aisles and aisles of fresh produce at sane prices. Huge fish. Animal organs. Giant bags of rice. So much hot sauce to choose from. PiƱatas! [Project 365]
She’s leaving us to go to nursing school in Indiana. Smart girl. [Project 365]
This is a transplant from saraclark’s Nashville garden that appears to have done quite well over the winter. Score! [Project 365]
Some Sundays are made for big brunches, fishbowl mimosas, snacking on baby feet, traipsing through the Old Forest, speculating wildly about what all those lone men were doing on those secluded trails, and watching the world’s tiniest Ewok rip through the woods, dog drunk on pure joy. [Project 365]
I met up with Amy Friday for lunch at Flight, which brought the concept of crawfish mac ‘n’ cheese into my life. I’m no seafood fan, so I was full of trepidation, but I made the leap and HOLY GOD that shit is good. Score one for the mudbugs. It was nice having an actual lunch at actual lunch time, with an actual human friend! I don’t get out a lot before noon, can you…
Do you guys know Megan? Well, she is the SHIT-KABOB because she hooked me up with exactly what I needed for my little timestamp, in plain language with easy instructions. She should be a webstuff teacher. Specifically my webstuff teacher. Anyway, timestamp problem solved. Let’s get that lady a beer!
