Friday flower No. 30
These mums came from mom’s garden, where they lived happily as perennials. Hopefully they will find my dirt to be as hospitable. It’s hard to believe I’ve kept this going for 30 weeks. I’ll be sad when the last bloom of the year falls.

There was, apparently, lantana here under the ground before I moved in. It has popped up in yellow and pink alongside the things I added. A nice surprise for once.

Red spider surprise lilies, which really did pop up and surprise me. They are everywhere!

I didn’t think my short green cannas were going to bloom this year. But I caught this one saying hello today.
