  2. The exact same reaction I had when I saw the episode. At some point I just couldn’t take it anymore and I turned it off. Certainly don’t intent to watch Real Time anymore. Stupid Belzer ruins everything! Now that’s a conspiracy for you!

  6. I came upon this link by searching “Why wont Richard Belzer just shut up?” after listening to the Maher bit. I’m glad so many others were in agreement. He monopolized the entire conversation from start to finish.

  10. Googled “richard belzer needs to shut up on bill maher” and couldn’t have been happier to find this. From the moment he opened his mouth the show was doomed. I have no doubt in my mind that his voice made up a record setting amount of time for a guest in the show’s history. The guy on the left, I could read it right on his face, he’s thinking to himself, “Belzer is a fucking itiot!”

    Maher properly shit on him after he pulled the charlie sheen “heartfelt” appeal directly to the camera. What an asshole!
