The spider lights are, of course, already up. And only one of my bloody gel things still has some stickiness to it. Perhaps I should stock up on those as well. <\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m thinking of doing a duo or trio of pumpkins. Jack and Sally, perhaps (although I will never, ever be able to outdo <a href=\"http:\/\/theogeo.blogspot.com\/2004\/10\/pumpkins-scream-in-dead-of-night-well.html\">my 2004 Jack Skellington pumpkin<\/a>), or the Three Stooges, or maybe a see-no-evil\/hear-no-evil\/speak-no-evil trio. Or, if I&#8217;m feeling plucky, Woodward and Bernstein. <\/p>\n<p>Okay, or not.  <\/p>\n<p>Last year&#8217;s pumpkin was <a href=\"http:\/\/theogeo.blogspot.com\/2006\/10\/this-years-jack-o-lantern-sponsored-by.html\">unspeakably lame<\/a>, so I&#8217;m really going to have to make up for it this year.<\/p>\n<p>Let the brainstorming begin. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/flickr.com\/photos\/theogeo\/sets\/72157594457002111\" target=\"_blank\">Project 365<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[for Saturday, Oct. 13] Finally, it&#8217;s time to pull the Halloween decorations out of the closet.
