In preparation for some upcoming web projects I’ll be doing for work, I’ve been asked to teach myself how to shoot and edit video. Considering I am the world’s worst teacher AND the world’s worst student, this has been no small feat. <\/p>\n

I began my torrid romance with iMovie a scant eight hours ago, and this piddly nugget of pointlessness is all I have to show for it. <\/p>\n

It’s cobbled together from old video scraps and some stuff I shot the other day with the Flip camera I borrowed from work, which helps to explain why it’s so, uh, random. <\/p>\n

No cat clips, can you believe it?<\/p>\n

Anyway, I think I exported it at the wrong size, because it looks kinda wonky and the text has got some weird compression issues. I might go back and re-export or I might not. <\/p>\n

This endeavor has exhausted me. I’m going to bed. <\/p>\n

Tomorrow is election day and OH HOW EXCITED I AM. For democracy! For vote totals and percentages of precincts reporting! For smarmy acceptance speeches and weeping spouses in the background!<\/p>\n

Just kidding. I hate election day.<\/p>\n
