I’ve never done a Thankful Thursday before, but I’ve seen it around at other blogs and I say it’s about time I ponied up my own slice of gratefulness. <\/p>\n

I’m thankful for:<\/p>\n

\u2022 a car that works
\u2022 a good job and a steady paycheck
\u2022 the ability to see color
\u2022 air conditioning
\u2022 good parents
\u2022 funny friends
\u2022 the windows at work
\u2022 free time
\u2022 options
\u2022 the option key on my keyboard, which lets me make bullets
\u2022 the vet who gave us a deep discount on Gonzo’s x-rays and medicine
\u2022 my blue bedsheets<\/p>\n

And now, to go waaaay back:<\/p>\n

\u2022 I’m thankful I no longer own a pair of hot pink safety glasses.
\u2022 I’m thankful I don’t have a perm anymore.
\u2022 I’m thankful I’m not forced to go to car shows anymore.<\/p>\n

And can anyone tell if that’s a blip of light or a potato chip in my hand? My mouth is all contorted like I’m chewing on something, but if that’s the case, that’s the most ethereal chip I’ve ever seen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
