You’re right! Bennie came flying out of the bedroom, ears up and head swivelling around, alert to the danger. She was completely baffled that some other cat wasn’t waiting to be demolished. She couldn’t quite figure out the sound was coming from the computer, though.
my cats are way too lazy to be bothered with discovering where the sound was coming from. one turned a single ear in the computer’s direction; the other remained inert on the bed.
