Had a tasty lunch at Fuel with Lesley. There was vegetarian meatloaf, applewood bacon, hot tea and baked brie. Ahhhhh, the luxury of getting out of the house.

Recently, I was reading about a lamb roast (ew) and apple wood. And it occurred to me: I have an apple tree. I need to sell this applewood to foodie friends and make some money off their carnivorous ways.
