I know exactly what you mean. A hazy hayfield at dusk, this time of year, gets me every time. There is something just gorgeous about rural West Tn to me. But I’m partial.
And the smell! Wet grass and the sweet smell of manure being overtaken by it. I believe, now that I think about it, that I took this photo in Decatur County on the drive home from the river. Home sweet home. :)
