My family came up Sunday to do a furniture swap of sorts with me, and I saw my dad’s chin for the first time in my whole life. As long as I have been in this world, he’s sported a full beard. Not sure why he decided to shave it in that spot, but he’s already heard that he looks like Paul Sr.
Even wackier — this is the first time since my parents have been together (for 32-odd years, mind you) that my mother has seen my dad’s chin.
He sure does look a lot more like my aunt and my grandfather under all that hair.
Your mom always has the best looks in your pictures. She really doesn’t like it when you pull out that camera.
Haha, no one does. But I don’t care!
I have pondered this, and I believe that is a classic “OH BUSTED” expression. Look at her fork. HAH!
One of my favorite photos I ever took of my grandmother showed her with her fork in her mouth, half-turned sideways, and talking. Because that was WHAT she DID.
She did not like it at *all*. Everyone else asked for prints.
P.S. — Yo momma is so purty. Yo daddy is, too. They have lovely children together as well. I hope you are blessed with that Emmylou Harris hair, too, when the time comes.
