I’m not sure what got into me last night but I came home from work and turned into Susie Homemaker all of a sudden. I got a pot roast cookin’ and then made these little beauties. And then later drizzled the leftover chocolate on apple slices, and lo it was all good.
I can’t decide if I should mention that I was up ’til well after the sun rose, watching a friend’s high-school videos, or who that friend is (because once it becomes well known how hilarious his high-school AVT club videos are, he will be hounded mercilessly by everyone we know to show them), or how much rum found its way into my liver, which seemed like a really good idea at the time, but for which I have paid dearly today.
So I won’t mention any of that and will instead focus on chocolate-covered strawberries and leftover pot roast.
