I hear her now throughout the day, outside windows and doors, mewing. She’s been hanging around for a few days, peering into the windows and doors when we leave the blinds cracked or the inside door ajar. Sally has barely noticed but Jack has spent a fair amount of time opposite the glass, rolling around and rubbing his head toward her, only to be met with mirrored rolling, rubbing action. I took a stroll around the area just south of my ‘hood to see what I could see. Crossed the tracks and noodled around in the area by that New Olivet Baptist Church-tagged building that is not the actual church. Spent a little too much time trying to decide if “Are you living holy?” would be improved by being phrased, “Are you living holily?” I don’t get out much. [Project 365]
Took a walk around the block to see the snow before it all melted and use the lens I’m renting this week. Had fun imagining what goes on in all the houses that sit around mine. Bonus pictures! [Project 365]
