  1. I’m sorry.

On the bright side, there are lots more houses where that one came from, and in the interim, you’re welcome to come weed my flowerbeds anytime you like.

  2. That sucks. When I bought mine it was like pulling teeth. Lots of things that can go wrong. Next time you’ll be armed with more info and it’ll be a little easier.

  3. Oh, babe. I lurve your apartment anyway. I couldn’t imagine you and the ferrets living anywhere else. Even if your neighbors are loud.

  4. sorry to hear that! :(
we were three days away from finishing up the first parts of closing on a house (our offer was accepted, we were waiting for them to fax it to us so we could sign it) and i lost my job. and now we can’t look for ANY house.

pretty much sucks, i know exactly how you feel. :(

hopefully things start looking up for you from here! :)

  5. Matt and I (more me really) fell in love with this house in East Nashville. We had no idea what we were doing and so someone else bought the house. I cried a little, yelled a Matt, we moved on. It’s a process. And it gives you a belly ache. But well worth it in the end. Hang in there kido. Pretend I just gave you a Nick Fowler awkward hug.

  6. Boo. Keep your head up. And if WWH (or anyone except my homeboy A C) wins the Memphis mayors race, look for places in Germantown. Or West Memphis. Or Kandahar.
